If you are contacting us for a billing related matter or dispute, please have your EOB (Explanation of Benefits), insurance card and other billing related information available. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

Credit card payments are accepted by majority of our clients. Please contact us to find out if your physician accepts credit card payments. If your physician does accept credit card, we will be able to assist you over the phone. Please have your account number and physician's name ready, along with your credit card information.
